Permanent Installations
2021– Present | Column of Poets, Boulevard El Vasco, Oviedo, Asturias
Among my permanent public installations there is a columns in Oviedo, Asturias, Spain, titled The Columns of the Poets. Created in collaboration with the prestigious Princesa de Asturias Foundation (known for its annual Awards for Literature), the work honors internationally acclaimed poets laureated by the prize, including Margaret Atwood, Leonard Cohen, Ángel González, Anne Carson, and others. Through layered vintage-paper collages on these public columns, the project aims to inspire greater reading and appreciation of poetry in the community, transforming everyday urban spaces into vibrant tributes to literary voices and the power of words.
2023 - Present | Permanent public installations: “You are not alone”
World Cancer Day – GZA Ziekenhuizen l in Antwerp, Belgium
One of my most meaningful permanent installations was created for a hospital in Antwerp in collaboration with the community for World Cancer Day. Patients, visitors, and healthcare staff all contributed personally each adding a piece of paper with their thoughts, words, or drawings to the collage. This collective process turned the artwork into a shared symbol of hope, solidarity, and “you are not alone,” transforming individual experiences of vulnerability into a communal message of encouragement that continues to inspire everyone.

“VERSO” Triptych l in Oviedo, Asturias Spain
Through thoughtful visual storytelling blending subtle references to books, pages, and the act of discovery the tríptico invites passersby and residents to pause, reflect, and rediscover the pleasure of reading in everyday life. It transforms a simple architectural feature into a quiet cultural beacon, encouraging people to slow down, open a book, and connect more deeply with stories and ideas.
This piece stands as a permanent tribute to the harmonious fusion of art and lived space at Verso.
